- Successfully carry out software installation, database setup, and licensing steps
- Running DOCUMENTS as services
- Configure a customer solution for proper document classification and index field extraction
- Run the Production module as end-user operators do
- Manage a CLASSIFY & INDEX solution through on-going administration, maintenance, and supervision activities
- Perform basic troubleshooting on a CLASSIFY & INDEX customer solution
